Compliance

Before you submit, please check that your submission meets the requirements of the OPGGS Act and RMA Regulations.

We check that all submissions:

  • comply with the requirements set out in the RMA Regulations and OPGGS Act
  • are received within prescribed timeframes
  • are complete and usable prior to public release, if applicable.

We will contact you if:

  • data is missing or not received within prescribed timeframes
  • the submission does not meet the requirements of the RMA Regulations and OPGGS Act.

We also check submissions to ensure the information is fit-for-purpose and a complete representation of your activities.

To avoid having to resubmit, make sure your submission:

  • is as complete as possible
  • meets the prescribed requirements for the submission type.
