Reporting and data submissions

NOPTA is responsible for a range of regulatory and administrative functions for Commonwealth waters, including the submission and release of petroleum and greenhouse gas data and samples in accordance with the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2025 (RMA Regulations).
