Under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006, you can submit a supplementary instrument using a form that the TA has approved, with your application to approve a dealing.
A supplementary instrument is used when the original instrument includes confidential or commercially sensitive information. Its purpose is to enable a person viewing the Titles Register to understand the effect of the dealing while preserving confidentiality.
If you are applying for approval to transfer a title, you must include an instrument of transfer, using the form approved by the TA.
