NOPTA Stakeholder surveys

We conduct regular surveys to assess stakeholder satisfaction with our performance.

Survey 2025

Our 2025 survey looked at how we are delivering on our Strategic Plan 2024–27. It gathered views from a wide range of stakeholders.

Survey respondents reported strong satisfaction with staff, reinforcing positive results seen in previous surveys.

Stakeholders expressed high levels of trust, in the Titles Administrator and Registrar, to manage offshore titles and licences effectively.

Stakeholders also suggested areas for improvement.

The survey was run by Australian Survey Research (ASR)
