NOPTA stakeholder survey

The 2017 NOPTA Stakeholder survey was conducted between March and April 2017. The aim of the survey was to assess client satisfaction with NOPTA’s performance in key areas of the government’s regulator performance framework.
Stakeholders who responded to the 2017 survey reported high overall levels of satisfaction with NOPTA, its staff and processes. This repeats the overall results of the 2015 and 2016 stakeholder surveys.
