Updated forms—Giving documents to two or more registered holders of petroleum title

As of 28 November 2013, the provisions dealing with 'Giving documents to 2 or more registered holders of petroleum title' have moved from section 774 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (the Act) to regulation 11A.02 Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011.

The relevant forms (Form 4 and 5) have been updated to reflect this change. Any new nominations and revocation of existing nominations needs to occur on the updated forms. If you have already submitted a nomination under section 774 this is still valid and does not need to be remade.
