Key greenhouse gas operation

Greenhouse gas (GHG) assessment permits and greenhouse gas holding leases are subject to a condition that the titleholder will not carry on key greenhouse gas operations unless the responsible Commonwealth Minister has approved the operations under section 292, 292A, 321 or 321A of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (OPGGS Act).
