This guideline will provide information on granting, applying for, and managing offshore greenhouse gas injection licenses. It will assist applicants and licensees to better understand the expectations of the Responsible Commonwealth Minister (RCM) or the Cross-boundary Authority (CBA) during the application process for a GHG injection licence.
