NOPTA has prepared a suite of revised forms to implement changes to submission requirements for applications under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (OPGGS Act).
NOPTA has also revised the existing NOPTA Forms Guidance–Petroleum and NOPTA Forms Guidance–Greenhouse Gas.
The revised forms and forms guidance come into effect on 1 September 2023. Applicants and titleholders should note that from 1 September 2023, the new version of forms must be used.
