Updates to the transfers and dealings changes

Registration fees under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Registration Fees) Act 2006 (Registration Fees Act) were abolished on 1 November 2013 when the Registration Fees Act was repealed. These fees will not apply to applications made on and after 1 November 2013 (Refer to Fact sheet—Registration fees).

From 09 November 2013 applications for transfers and dealings became subject to an application fee that reflect the costs incurred in undertaking NOPTA's relevant work. The updated fees are included in the 'Schedule of fees' (refer to Related documents below).
