NOPTA Regulator Performance Framework self-assessment

NOPTA has published its 2016–17 self-assessment against the Government’s Regulator Performance Framework (RPF) six key performance indicators (KPIs).

The key purpose of the RPF is to improve regulator’s performance by being publicly accountable in demonstrating effective management of risk. Measuring and publicly reporting performance provides industry, the community and individuals confidence that regulators are being effective and are contributing to reducing regulatory burden. NOPTA incorporated the six KPIs into our 2017–20 Corporate Plan and into the design of questions for the 2017 annual stakeholder survey.

NOPTA self-assesses that it has implemented the RPF and met its six KPIs effectively.
